fracture 있다? -> complex dislocation.이다. 자칫하다간 날카로운 부러진 뼈가 주변 혈관이나 신경 건들일 수 있다. -> 부목만 대고 전원 또는 입원.

 

fracture 없다? -> simple. 그 자리에서 reduction 실행.
